# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the cleaning services provided by Clean Nest ("we", "us", "our") to you ("Customer"). By booking a cleaning service with us, you agree to these terms.

## Services

Clean Nest provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Klang Valley region of Malaysia, including but not limited to:

-   Hourly Maid Service
-   Deep Cleaning
-   Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
-   Post-Renovation Cleaning
-   Office and Commercial Cleaning
-   Spring Cleaning and Event Cleanup

Service scope and duration vary by booking type and are confirmed at the time of quotation.

## Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are typically arranged via WhatsApp at 016-256-8898. A booking is confirmed when both parties agree on:

-   Service type and scope
-   Date and time of service
-   Quoted price
-   Customer's home or business address

WhatsApp confirmation constitutes a binding booking.

## Pricing and Payment

-   Hourly Maid Service starts at RM100 per session in Klang Valley areas. Recurring bookings receive a discount.
-   Deep, Move-In/Out, Post-Renovation, Office, and Event cleaning are quoted based on home size, condition, and scope. We provide a transparent quote before the service.
-   **No deposit is required to confirm a booking.**
-   Payment is due after the service is completed and you are satisfied.
-   Accepted methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, DuitNow QR, Online Banking.
-   The agreed quote is final unless the actual scope at the time of service differs significantly from what was discussed (e.g. home size larger than reported, condition substantially worse than photos suggested). Any scope changes are discussed with the Customer before additional work begins.

## Cancellations and Rescheduling

-   You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking via WhatsApp.
-   Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service incur no charge.
-   Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a token charge to compensate for blocked time.
-   If our team has already arrived at your premises and cannot perform the service due to access issues caused by the Customer, a charge equivalent to one session may apply.

## Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost. Our pay-after-completion model means we only earn your business when you are satisfied.

## Customer Responsibilities

To enable our team to perform the service safely and effectively, the Customer agrees to:

-   Provide accurate information at the time of booking (home size, scope, condition).
-   Ensure safe access to the premises (parking, lift booking, guard-house pass, keys as needed).
-   Secure valuables, fragile items, and confidential documents before our team arrives.
-   Inform us of any pets, special-care items, or surface-specific requirements in advance.
-   Provide reasonable workspace for our team.

## Our Team and Conduct

-   All Clean Nest cleaners are 100% legally employed and background-checked.
-   Our team is professionally trained and bound by confidentiality regarding what they see and handle in your home or office.
-   The same team is typically assigned to recurring customers wherever scheduling allows.

## Products and Equipment

Our team brings all tools and KKM-approved cleaning products required for the booked service. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, inform us in advance.

## Liability and Insurance

-   Clean Nest carries appropriate insurance for accidental damage caused by our team during the course of service.
-   For any claim, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service and provide reasonable documentation (photos, description).
-   We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear-and-tear of items, or damage to items not disclosed as fragile or special-care at the time of booking.

## Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

## Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
