She started Clean Nest with a different model: legally employed, background-checked, professionally trained cleaners only. No gig workers. No exceptions. ## Meet Ms Heng, Founder and Cleaning Operations Manager

Ms Heng leads Clean Nest's day-to-day operations from the Kepong HQ. She trains every new team member personally, sets the quality standards that customers see on every visit, and chooses the KKM-approved product range that we use across every job.
